Spine, neck and head
Looking forward, tipping back and sliding forward are not the same movement.
Cervical flexion brings the chin toward the chest; extension tips the head back. Rotation turns the head, and lateral flexion side bends the neck. Protraction and retraction move the head forward or backward relative to the trunk. The class also contrasts spinal flexion and extension through Cat-Cow. This is a small movement demonstration, not an additional pose-library module.
Use small, clearly separated demonstrations. Keep the trunk reference visible. Compare a neutral-length neck with the displayed flexion example.
This release does not implement this lesson’s full animation. Its behaviour is specified in the PRD and content data. Step controls will accompany every drag interaction.
Does placing a forehead on a surface, by itself, tell you the exact neck position?
Guardrail: No end-range neck challenge, forced head-back cue, universal retraction prescription or inference from forehead contact alone.
